When you observe what Sales Champions do differently it sounds incredibly simple, but it’s not that easy to imitate. What they do well all sounds like common sense, but what we know from our verbal behavioural research at Huthwaite International, it’s not common practice.

If you really want to learn and master these verbal behaviours and put them into practice, you’ll need to practice.

If you’re not there already, you will need to get close up and personal with yourself to get all the benefits from an “uneasy” behaviour change and learning journey.
